About Us
Our dream started with a little house in Benton, KS! In 2017, we understood there was a need for childcare, but we had no idea the extreme lack of options for our world's most prized possessions...our children!
Our History
In 2017, Nick & Maria Engels partnered with Lacey Gould to open a group childcare home of 12 children in Benton, KS. After a month of being open, we had a waitlist of over 50 families searching for care. This need enabled us to focus on a plan to build a center in Benton.
In the spring of 2022, we opened our center at 243 S Main with full capacity of 36 children and 6 staff members. We continue to have a significant waiting list. Lacey is the director of this center, and is fulfilling her lifelong dream~
Our Vision
Over the past couple of years, we have had many conversations with other communities and school systems about helping to fill their childcare needs.
Our goals are simple.
1. Offer excellent, top-notch childcare for families.
2. Offer a great place for employees to work in the childcare field.
3. Bring awareness of the issues in this field to serve our future's greatest asset - our children.
We hope to continue to find and create opportunities to help Kansas families with their childcare needs.
